Shipping Policy

We currently ship all Vitalight orders from our distribution centre in Ireland to customers in Ireland, Germany, France, and Spain.

1. Shipping Rates

·       • Ireland: €9.90 (flat rate unless the product specifically states that delivery is included)

·       • EU countries: €14.95 (flat rate unless the product specifically states that delivery is included)

2. Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours on weekdays. We aim to deliver your order within 2–3 working days from the date of dispatch.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Tracking may be included depending on the delivery partner used. You can contact us for tracking information at info@vitalight.eu

4. Shipping Carriers

Deliveries are managed through our trusted third-party logistics (3PL) partners, using reputable couriers to ensure fast and reliable service.

5. Legal Notice – Shipping Terms

By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms of our shipping policy as outlined above. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery, Vitalight cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to customs clearance, courier delays, extreme weather, or force majeure events.

All delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Any failure to meet estimated delivery dates shall not entitle the customer to cancel the order or claim compensation unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Ownership and risk in the products shall pass to the customer upon delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details and to be available for delivery. In the event of an undeliverable parcel due to incorrect address or non-collection, additional charges may apply for redelivery.
