Refunds & Returns Policy

At Vitalight, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws across the European Union.

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

·       • Unused, unworn, and undamaged

·       • Returned in their original packaging with all accessories and inserts intact

·       • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

2. How to Initiate a Return

Please notify us in writing at info@vitalight.eu within the 14-day window to initiate your return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

3. Return Timeline and Costs

Returns must be received within 14 days from the date of cancellation notice. You are responsible for ensuring the item is securely packaged and returned via a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival. If any item is defective, damaged, or not as ordered, contact us at info@vitalight.eu. Your statutory rights are not affected: you are entitled to a legal guarantee of two years on goods that are faulty or not as described. We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement, repair, or refund, including any reasonable return shipping costs incurred.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return:

·       • Opened or used personal care products.

·       • Customised or personalised goods

·       • Gift cards and discounted clearance items

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm if it has been accepted. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note: In accordance with EU law, we refund the original item price and standard delivery costs (if applicable). Additional charges for express or premium delivery options are not refundable.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was confirmed and you haven’t received your funds, please contact us at info@vitalight.eu.

7. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Right of Withdrawal)

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation. If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel. We will use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, and you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your cancellation. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
