Refunds & Returns Policy
At Vitalight, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws across the European Union.
1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
· • Unused, unworn, and undamaged
· • Returned in their original packaging with all accessories and inserts intact
· • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
2. How to Initiate a Return
Please notify us in writing at info@vitalight.eu within the 14-day window to initiate your return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
3. Return Timeline and Costs
Returns must be received within 14 days from the date of cancellation notice. You are responsible for ensuring the item is securely packaged and returned via a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival. If any item is defective, damaged, or not as ordered, contact us at info@vitalight.eu within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement, repair, or refund, including any reasonable shipping costs incurred.
5. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return:
· • Opened or used personal care products.
· • Customised or personalised goods
· • Gift cards and discounted clearance items
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm if it has been accepted. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note: In accordance with EU law, we refund the original item price and standard delivery costs (if applicable). Additional charges for express or premium delivery options are not refundable.
